「Bath didn’t put out cold water」

「酒店管理系统混乱，乱扣费用，把不存在的费用强加在客人身上。」

「We stayed at this hotel because it was $200 less a night than next-door. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and recently updated. The offsite parking was convenient with the shuttle. Definitely will stay here again.」

「首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。」

「A hotel with lots of historical background. Apart from the hotel, Old Town is full of historical vibes. Certainly an amazing experience with the hotel staff’s help, everything is just perfect apart from the freezing weather outside」

「The guest rooms are clean and the staff are polite. It would be even better if there were more temporary rest areas for check-in guests in the lobby.」

「成個酒店得一個微波爐可供顧客使用，另外製冰機亦係得一部，房間清潔欠佳。另外嗰房好嘈，樓上及周圍到晚上，有好多小朋友跳蹦蹦，致房間內很嘈。難以入睡打電話到前台叫人幫忙，效果都唔係好理想。」
