Only downside is the elevators are super slow. I also would have liked to go to the roof top to enjoy the view without going to brunch on a Sunday. My kid was not of drinking age and not allowed up. The property is in a great location. Far enough from the chaos but close enough to walk to it. Very nice staff. Rooms could have better lighting

Title: Very disappointing stay — poor package handling and unprofessional staff The check-in experience itself was pleasant and the person who assisted us was very friendly. However, the rest of our stay was extremely disappointing. We had shipped five packages to the hotel because we were attending the FIFA final and they would not arrive at our home in time. That afternoon I asked about my packages and was told by the staff member in charge of deliveries that only one package had arrived, even though I had confirmation that all five were there. He sent me in the pouring rain to a nearby hotel (saying packages are sometimes left there) and I returned soaked and empty-handed. The evening receptionist barely looked up from her phone; she asked the bellboy to help, but after waiting 20 minutes with no updates I asked again. I overheard the bellboy on his radio saying “working on it.” Later, a man in a suit asked me to write my name and room number on a note, while the package clerk told him — laughing — that there were no more packages and implied I should stop waiting because the bellboy was taking a break. The receptionist and the package clerk then stood in front of me trying to justify the missing items, even after I showed them photo confirmations. The clerk claimed they sometimes take photos of any packages and send them to the customer (e.g., Amazon).
