Never stayed here before Lots of food choices Gambling But the room looked good But when you looked around It was just on the surface We moved two sitting chairs to face the window view and there was dead skin and tie ankles clippings on the floor The funny thing is the chairs are super light, just lazy housekeeping, when we walked in we walked into a drunk last trying to go over the front counter, that no one even acknowledged I guess the two front desk attendants are numb to stuff like that now?

I usually love staying with Jet Luxury at Vdara, but this stay in the Parlor room was a major letdown. The AC barely functioned, and the unit showed significant wear and tear including loose tiles lifting off the bathroom floor and missing shower sealant. The layout was much smaller than pictured, the view was just the parking lot, and account services weren't working for our room. Disappointing experience compared to my past stays here. Needless to say I will not be booking this room again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Carlos checked in our family and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He got us a beautiful, spacious, and super clean room on the 56th floor with an incredible Bellagio fountain view. He was friendly and took great care of us. He even gave us a food credit so we could enjoy a meal while getting settled. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the whole experience was fantastic. We'd definitely stay here again.
