The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. The rooms are spacious and indeed have a gorgeous view of the ocean. They also have both free and for-pay activities in the hotel that reflect the local culture. "They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."
