"スタッフの対応の差があったと感じます。ほとんどのスタッフは対応が素晴らしいのですが、一握りのスタッフは対応が酷かったと感じました。特に若いスタッフに多かったのが「めんどくさいなぁ」と気持ちが顔に出ていることです。また、子供宿泊料金は無料となり高評価でしたが、部屋のタオルは大人分しか用意されず、フロントに問い合わせると、子供のタオルを用意すると宿泊費用が発生すると言われました。毎日部屋にミネラルウォーターを大人人数分補充していただけるサービスがありながら、タオルは提供できないならそのサービスを選ばせていただければなと思いました。"
