"When we first arrived, they gave us a room that wasn’t even similar to the one they showed here, it was horrible, and the cleanliness was terrible too. It was a drop of a yellow liquid on the toilet, hairs in the bathtub, the shower was filled with a black stuff (like they haven’t clean it in decades), the sofa was stained by idk what. Then we went to the reception and the staff was super friendly and changed us to another room. Finally, that room was the one posted here and was completely cleaned."

"Room was clean, they had a place to buy snacks and heat up food , breakfast buffet was good. Lots of options for a Japanese breakfast. I didn’t use the pool or bath because I have tattoos so couldn’t use the onsen . You can get a tattoo patch. The staff is ok they seems like they don’t want to be bothered . Overall stay was good but keep in like one bloom away there are A LOT of gentlemen type clubs places so it’s creepy to walk at night. Use the shuttles for airport and popular areas "

"I love the Nest Naha. Staff was great and check in was easy. Room was excellent, very clean, surprisingly big for a Japanese hotel and plenty of room to open your luggage. Hotel location is great. Lawsons is a few minutes walk and Kokusai-dori is about a 10 minutes walk for all your shopping and eateries. Getting to the hotel from Naha Airport via the monorail is easy. The station to get off at is Asashibashi Station which is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I get the chance to travel back to Okinawa."
