"The only problem we had was being on the first floor and a smoking area was right outside our room. Smoke came into our room through the air conditioning system. To make matters worse someone started smoking pot outside our room. We reported it to management and they offered us 10,000 Holiday Inn bonus points. I feel they did all they could to help. I would not recommend staying on the first floor."
