「Eu sou simplesmente apaixonada por esse hotel . Fiquei hospedada pela terceira vez e virei mais vezes com certeza . Clima de festa o dia todo , funcionários educados e gentis , hotel limpo e com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A organização do hotel é extraordinária. São 7 restaurantes incluídos sem custo algum . Eu amo demais e super recomendo para casais e amigos . 」

「Great resort and super fun vibe. No there is no beach so that was known going in. Not an issue for us. Plenty of room around the pool and never a long line at the bars. Staff super nice and helpful. Pool was chilly but it was 60 at night over new years so expected. Still got in for volleyball and foam party. Steak place was not great but Italian place was good. Buffet was good. Outdoor lunch buffets were good. Daytime taco bar was good. Pretty quiet at night unless you go to the...

「My husband and I brought our kids, 9 months and almost 3, for a 5-night stay, and it was everything we could have asked for and more. The food and drinks were incredible (the Valladolid Eggs on the room service menu are OUT OF THIS WORLD), we were thrilled with the service, and our private pool on our main floor suite was perfect for our needs. We feel like we got so much bang for our buck here and are already planning to return with extended family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「Rooms very clean and spacious suites makes it a great option! Food is great and you can go to Royal sands as well. Reservations for restaurant were tough to get. We couldn’t eat at any place! Likely we were during a very busy week!」

I have absolutely no complaints except for the concierge. It was definitely harassing my family trying to sell us something.」
