"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. "We have a family of 4 two adults and two older teens. The food was great, views were amazing, staff was friendly when someone was there to help. Our complaints were that it was almost impossible to find a spot by the pool because people woke up early and put towels out on chairs to save spots and sometimes people wouldn't come to their seats for hours! Also, the room was super tiny and the ac did not work. Luckily we were only there for 3 nights. If we were to stay longer, that room would not have worked for a family of 4. We were also on the tenth floor and they don't have enough evelvators and they ook forever and a few times they weren't even working. I'm totally fine with waking the stairs, but for someone who can't walk that many flights of stairs, that would be super annoying. The workers also used the same elevators, which are very small, with their big bins of stuff, so sometimes you couldn't even get on if they were on there. "

"I have stayed in 5diamond hotels before but this one is a must if you want to relax, or have fun because it does have access to the riu parties the staff was very nice the restaurants were so good i do give this. 5/5 no one pressures you to purchase anything additional or timeshares which we loved that everything was so near the beach the restaurants the pools "

GR Solaris Cancun & Spa - All Inclusive

"Our stay at GR Solaris in Cancun was disappointing. First, the quality of the food was not what we expected, and one of us fell ill with food poisoning that night. The following day, health inspectors were on-site, as several guests had reported food poisoning from the same meal. Additionally, at check-in, the staff were not helpful; we weren’t informed about the hotel amenities, how to book, or the location of security. Despite being VIP Expedia members with a VIP dinner included, it was never provided. Furthermore, the bathroom had issues: the drains were not working properly, and the sink faucet was leaking. Noise between rooms was excessive, making it feel like guests were in the same space. Overall, it was a poor experience, and we do not recommend this hotel."
