「This was our second visit to this resort and we were happy to get our rooms in the area we requested. The staff were very professional and personable. Our favorite place for lunch was the La Briza right on the beach. We also played golf which I would recommend for the experience. It was a challengingly, beautiful course! We enjoyed swimming with the turtles in the ocean and watching the dolphins jump. We would highly recommend this resort to others! 」

「It’s a good Resort, many activities and food was also good. Down side, we were a group of 10 and we had problems with 3 rooms. Problems with the door, A/C in all of them and mold smell. We eat in the Steakhouse that it’s by reservation and the service was really bad. Food was not what we order so it took us forever to eat, employees didn’t seem happy and no appoligies about anything. In the other hand, we ate in the Sensei rest. and it was the best experience and amazing food. 」

「Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

「Loved the resort. My son had a blast and the experiences outside the park are super easy accessible!! The only issue I had was with a Leslee inside the room, it was around the bed and it was quite uncomfortable at moments for my son. "En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."
