「Lobby staffs, unfriendly, unprofessional looks like they are overwhelmed. They are not willing to understand or work with you. We booked 2 ocean view rm w/2 beds. Were given 2 rooms with kings. That’s all they have available they said. Even they charged us for it already. They cannot do anything as we booked through Expedia and not with them. 「The food was amazing and the pools and beach were always amazing. On the day we left, the communication between employees on when busses where showing up or if you had to get a cab was very non existant, and we were sent multiple places to find people that werent even where they we suppose to be, and kept getting bounced around to different people. Its a very good thing to learn spanish or french when you go, and take US dollars if your traveling from out of country. Otherwise it was a good...

「Be careful they said they had a promotion for the bubble rentals that included food. Once I got there in person, they denied it. I spoke to several people and no one would help. The venue blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the venue. Still working with Expedia to see if they can help with issue, but I am just told it was sent to support and I didn’t hear back. 「The menu was the same as last time I stayed, they didn’t have a few parts that the menu had. But it wasn’t bad, I didn’t use the pool, it was only for one night and we got there late and tired, last time we did use it. 」

「I didnt have a drink from the bar the property was quiet and staff were good with limited English. 」

「Bathroom was nasty, the AC broke down 2 times and wouldn’t cool the room. The Shuttle is a mess non friendly drivers and doesn’t pass by enough your better of walking. Some staff members seem as if they didn’t want to be there and did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The Hotel has plenty of things to do with good pools nice beach and great entertainment.」

「The room was nasty, roaches all over the desk and tv console & the bathroom as well. The only reason we stayed is because we had no car to leave. We barely slept & kept waking up to kill roaches. We kept our clothes and toiletries in our suitcases. The shower was full of previous guest hair and moldy. The excuse from the front desk was that this room had been blocked and they gave it to us anyway. Unacceptable!!! We did like the restaurant staff, food was ok views were nice from that area. 」
