La habitación muy linda y espaciosa, pero nunca me llenaron la neverita solo me recibireon con agua y dos sodas, lo reporte me dijeron eye lo harian y nunca lo hicieron. Lo demás más o menos, lo que mas me gusto la atención de Jaqueline en el buffet. Y la atención de los demás muy buena en si, no tenían shampoo al recibirnos ni zafacon en el baño, la comida un 8. Bebidas esfuvieron bien me gusto!

Room was the pits, shower barely worked, food was terrible, and front desk staff acted as if you were a bother if you went to them with issue. Resort was so terrible we checked out two night early.

The area itself was really nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed great but it is not fully inclusive, many things you have to pay additional for with American prices. Other than that everything was great UNTIL I went to my hotel room. We were completely catfished by the photos. It looked like I was in a cheap, motel and I like I would probably get attacked by bedbugs, there was a roach just hanging out, and the toilet did not have running water. I called to get the toilet fixed twice and it flushed the first time but when I went to go use the bathroom after it wouldn’t flush. I requested to change my room, it looked a little bit better but nothing like the photos we flushed the toilet to make sure it was working everything seemed fine until we went to use the bathroom and had a reason to flush, it would not flush just like the other room. I would go again only if I was put in a room where everything works and doesn’t look like I’ll be murdered in my room

Where to start... The pictures on the site is not what the pictures look like in the room. It is a big complex, it shows the room of the villas, rooms if you sign up to their vacation club/timeshare. My family was there for a week; they can only book you for two restaurants on the site. The other nights you have eaten the same buffet. Also, the restaurants advertised on the website, you can not eat there unless you are a member of the vacation club. The television didn't work all week, also no wifi all week. The entertainment stops at 10 pm on site. So you are forced to go to sleep early because there is nothing else to do but look at the walls in the room. All bottom shelf alcohol, my suggestion when land by alcohol at the airport and take it with you. My room key stopped every night. I had to get it fixed everyday which was aggravating. Overall, I hated my experience and will not ever return. The only great thing was our Expedia lady, who helped book our excursions, meals, and room exchange. She was so, so nice. We understood she didn't make our experience horrible; she did all she could to make it better, but a lot of things were out of her control.

Room itself was very nice but in order to take a hot shower you needed to let it run for a minimum of a half an hour, no exaggeration, and then the drain doesn’t work properly so you have water all over the floor outside of the shower. The TV went out from today to Monday due to a storm it continued to rain over the weekend, which the resort cannot help, but you had nothing to do but sit and watch static. The only thing that saved the trip is the staff quite honestly they are all so welcoming, nice, courteous and just good people overall. The resort doesn’t keep up on things and the place has gone downhill since our first visit in 2017, Confresi looks like a hurricane just washed up on the beach with pipes showing through the sand bottom of steps eroded away it is horrible what this resort is turning into. The place is more concerned about getting you to buy into the scam of a vacation club rather than up keeping what they have already.

Worse place ever, if you don’t want to lose your money stay away from this place, rooms are dirty and outdated, toilet is dirty and doesn’t work properly, a lot of mold and humidity in the room, this place don’t deserve to be open
