Thank you for having us. Everything was perfect Jennifer assisted us when we arrived she was amazing, very helpful extremely nice made sure our room was prepared for us and some changes that needed to be made she was able to help us with that, she also made sure we got dinner reservations at Rodizo a restaurant I had been wanting to go to, she was so kind to send a Birthday wine bottle to our room for me as I was celebrating my birthday everything was perfect it has been a while since I last visited thank you very much …see you next time will recommend

I booked to stay at the Lifestyle Tropical and when I arrived with a family of 14 they told me there was no room available at the Tropical resort instead they placed me and my family at the Cofresi Palm which is a dive place with roaches and sewer odor everywhere in another word I paid for caviar and instead I got chicken. It was the worst nightmare for the entire family specially during New year time. This is an experience I will never forget. They blame Expedian according to the resort
