"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...

"this hotel have excellent customer service, the food was good, the good experience start at the entrance with a very special person t name Ramon. Always greeting the customer with a happy face. I definetly will come back to this hotel. thank you,"
