The gym needs an update no treadmill and what’s in there doesn’t turn on. Towels are hard to exchange get to the exchange place right on time or you will be using your towels for days! Not enough umbrellas at pools if you are looking for shade you won’t be getting it at this pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the food was good.

I was searching for all inclusive adults only resort and this showed up on the list. I saw the some videos on Tik Tok and was sold. We got there and the whole staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very simple. The only thing I didn’t like was the hand held shower head (it kept coming off)and they didn’t have enough lounge chairs that people were fighting over them. Both at the poolside and beach. Overall the food and alcohol were great. The staff was working VERY hard. Please don’t overlook and take care of them by tipping. What a great experience and had a great time.

This is a Three star resort with four star staff. The rooms are basic and dated but adequate. The food is good, Not great. The Italian restaurant is very good. The Chinese restaurant is very bad. There are only a total of three umbrellas around the two main pools. The beach is very nice. There are a Lot of smokers! You can escape them at the quiet pool by the spa which is a non smoking area. The gym is laughable. There's one workout bench with a decent assortment of dumbbells. One barely functional Elliptical machine and a broken Exercise Bike. The WiFi is very spotty with no coverage in most rooms. The signal seems to be strongest near the quiet pool. The resort is about a 20 minute drive from the airport.

People were friendly and hospitable. Food, drinks and room were mediocre. Grounds were very well kept and beautiful. Pools and swim up bar were very nice. Need more chairs on the beach. People save chairs with towels provided and then stay vacant most of the day.

Room was as requested and not humid. Food was just ok. Staff was just ok and just present not going above and beyond without too many smiles. Property in “desperate” need of upgrading since our last visit 7 years ago. Beach is in a desperate need of an uplift and looks dilapidated. Many lounge chairs needing to be replaced throughout and more to be added. No umbrellas at the main pool areas whatsoever. Charged 20$ USD for late check out after husband became violently ill from food poisoning 3 days after myself and 3 other individuals in our complex. People were falling ill throughout the whole resort when speaking to folks. Hotel told me it was a 24 hour flu. Staff working around the resort with blaring two-way radios and speaking very loudly with no consideration to those in the quiet pool area. Coffee machine in above location wasn’t working for a week and when it was it ran out of milk, coffee and hot chocolate before the end of the day. Most staff serve themselves which is fine but then paying guests don’t have the service because it’s refilled only the next day accompanied with a plate of cookies for all to enjoy. Would I go back … most likely not bit price point can’t be beat IF you know what to expect.

Standard room were old and needed upgrade. Superior room were much better. Staff were super nice bent over backward to assist you. Beach is very nice and clean. Little more buffet food choices will make this resort much more attractive.

The staff was excellent. They were so kind and willing to help. The room, however, we did not get a new clean washcloth at all. A couple times we had to asked for towels, and the water was not that warm, but we weren't in the room that long, so those are just minor things that the we found. All in all we had a fabulous experience with you.
This was the swim up pool bar that we spent a lot of time at.

Run down room. Broken soap dispenser. Broken bathroom door nob that had metal sticking out that ripped my shirt. I had to call front desk to fix it. No chair to sit inside room.

Truly adults only unlike other adults only resorts that have shared common areas with children. The staff is amazing. The entertainment was fun, the food was pretty good, the green areas of the resort are beautiful as well as the wildlife however, the buildings and rooms are very, very outdated.

The place doesn’t look like the pictures, very outdated , we had issues with the restroom, someone came to fix it but the place looks very small and the food is TERRIBLE!!!!

Room was in terrible condition furniture was literally rotting. Had no service and WiFi only worked 60% of the time. I guess that’s why the price was so low 5 out of ten definitely. Drink were literally rubbing alcohol
