The room was impeccably clean, and the maids made sure everything was perfect. Although the dining experience had some shortcomings, the overall ambience of the property was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. 「This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! 」

「This posting is for a 2 bedroom apartment. We did not receive a 2 bedroom apartment. I received a call before arriving to the hotel stating that 2 be sunrise suite was not available for these dates due to an “impasse” the hotel is experiencing. The hotel asked me to cancel the vacation, but instead I asked for a downgrade and that is what I received. I was given a one bedroom presidential suites. 「In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...
