「Our stay was pleasant and we had a good time, the staff were awesome nice people, willing to serve and with a smile on their faces, always giving us solutions since the check in, security, bell boy, receptionist all of them were exceptional, really hard working people. 「The animations team is amazing, they became amazing friends during our stay and we was sad to leave. They knew us by name and we had a blast with them. Some other staff members was not as friendly but they made up for it. Our rooms was clean, but their was some worn out things that could do with replacing or major repairs. Make sure you pull your door shut so it locks. Our first night we lost power multiple times, causing the water (via toilet and sink) to not work. Internet was iffy. And we...
