Our stay was wonderful! The resort was clean, well-maintained, and both the staff and other guests were very friendly and welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, and we especially enjoyed the smaller specialty shops offering ice cream, coffee, and pizza. One of our favorite perks was the 24-hour sports bar. It was fantastic that all of these options were included as part of the all-inclusive package, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great experience. The staff was wonderful. The rooms need to be a little bit more modern especially the bathroom with the bathtub not good. The food was delicious. It was great.the tv didn’t work tried to call room service, but I got no response. Besides that everything was wonderful.

Overall experience was great. Clean beaches, clean room, clean property. Only suggestion would be better communication of buffet times or a list of activities that happened every day/night. We only knew things were happening because you could hear it, but there is no activity/event schedule listed anywhere. Otherwise overall wonderful experience!

The Resort is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The food was very good at the buffet but the sit down restaurant are nothing to rave about. The rooms have coffee maker, water, sugar and cups but no coffee? I do recommend because of staff and cleanliness.

We took the older room they are a bit outdated but clean. Staff were awesome, front desk, entertainment, house keeping, staff at the buffet, they were all so sweet to us. The food was really good as well. Will definitely come back mainly because of the service.

The resort is nice, we booked the updated rooms. The buffet food was just okay nothing special. The Japanese restaurant was great! The pillows were covered in a plastic and smelled weird, I asked for new bedding which they gave me. The coffee bar and gelato were great as well.

This resort needs an upgrade and mainly the rooms. Furniture is old and amenities don’t work well. Room also had a bad smell, like a the cloth used to clean the floors was not clean. Pool and showers need an upgrade, overall it’s old.

The food was terrible at the buffet. Same food every meal every day. We went to the steak house and Japanese restaurant both were great! The resort had a coffee shop, ice cream shop , pizzeria and a 24 hour sports bar. However, everything was an upsell. They ran out of towels often. There were no entertainment/animation staff and the arcade shown in the hotels booking page doesn't exist. I booked a 2 bed suite but we ended up sharing a bed, not ideal. The staff were great but I would not return

The hotel are beautiful on the outsides but the rooms are in need of renovation, as they look dated and have a strong musty odor. The food at the buffet is delicious; however, it is unfortunately cold most of the time because the serving trays do not keep it warm. A helpful suggestion would be to provide several microwaves for guests who prefer their food served hot. Overall everything else was excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

The rooms bathroom can be upgraded. Every time we came back to the room, there was mosquito in the bathroom. Don't know how they got in. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever sleep in a resort. It was very nice. Great food. They should have a bar by the beach or have someone coming around to provide drinks. The walk to the bar was way to far. And the bathroom too. Over all i loved my stay and definitely would comeback.

Overall the property was great! It’s well kept, beautiful and well equipped. The food at the buffet was good and abundant. I wish the would sit people when entering the buffet as having to scout an empty/clean table to sit down and eat can be challenging and discouraging. The food at the three gourmet restaurants was subpar with very limited selections and the preparation, plus the presentation was less than appealing. The beach is very relaxing and peaceful as it’s private and there are no vendors roaming it, however, it’s shallow and not as crystal clear as other beaches in the area. A lot of seaweed wash up at shore. The multiple pools is a big plus. There are multiple activities held throughout the day so there’s always something to do. The staff were friendly and helpful with basic needs. The phones in the rooms didn’t work at all throughout the 5 days I stood at the resort, forcing me to physically walk down to reception to ask questions or express concerns (I was in 2 different rooms due to an incident).

The likes: Room daily cleaning was done really good; Staff mostly friendly and helpful, especially if you tip; Grounds kept super clean; Food in buffet pretty good, but if you like decent burger, nacho chips or chicken strips go to sports bar and ask for a food menu; Lasagna in Italian restaurant was delicious Now is not so good and the ugly: Shower is in the bathtub, grout shows a lot of mold growth, and absolutely worth - shower curtain positioned well inside bathtub and no matter how much you try it will cling to your body; Inside the pools floor is chipping, not adding pleasure to pool experience; In the pool / beach area there's no or almost no drink service, I was asked once during my 10 day stay; There's no drinks from the bar offered in ANY of the restaurants. Red/white wine or extra light beer; There's only two bars, plus one in club area and another small setup for the nightly entertainment; Very small selection of brand name liquors, where Stoli, Gordon and Red Label take top shelf and only if lucky enough; Presidente will cost you $4, Corona not sure, free beer on the tap is tasty but very light and that it... Others are not even offered; Local dive shop (not the hotel, but on the property) prove to be very unreliable due to low demand and maybe low demand is due to their unreliability :). I've end up going with Blue Tang Divers from Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada which prove to be a great dive shop, diving mostly in Sosua bay;

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and our swim-up room was amazing. The private pool was cleaned twice daily, check-in was quick, and the Italian restaurant was excellent. However, we received little information about the resort, activities, or neighboring property we had access to. Our biggest issue was security. On our first day, 1,500 Dominican pesos went missing from our room. Later that evening, we returned to find our door wide open with a housekeeper inside, yet nothing had been cleaned. Security confirmed housekeeping entered twice that day, but the resort said they weren’t responsible because the money wasn’t in the safe. We requested no staff enter our room afterward and had to repeatedly hunt down staff for towels, washcloths, and minibar refills, as when we requested it, it was not brought to us. Our concierge, Starling, was helpful until we declined a 90-minute timeshare presentation. After that, he ignored our messages and requests. Another couple next to us also had Dominican pesos stolen from their room. Other disappointments included broken jacuzzis and spa hydro pools, a dirty main pool that closed at 7 p.m., repetitive buffet food, only two specialty dinner reservations for our stay, $20 room service, inconsistent information from staff, cruise ship day-pass crowds, and no follow-through on mosquito spraying. The resort is beautiful, but the security concerns and poor service outweighed the positives. I wouldn’t return.
