Il y a un service de Navette gratuit pour aller à la plage Cabarete qui est à 5 minutes. Il y a des Québécois "snowbird" qui en ont fait leur lieu de résidence habituel donc beaucoup de francophones. 「I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to...

「Kibayo made me remember the times I use to stay in my grandparents country side in the Dominican Republic, Ramona was the best service and the young lady after Ramona I forgot her name . But Kibayo is a place to relax and if you want to experience the quitenes and nature and fun activities Kibayo is it. The owner tia I i believe was his name and macho were very nice too very heart warming.」

「Room was very spacious with a separate kitchen/dining, living room and bedroom. The amenities are great too - an amazing gym, lap pool and a rooftop restaurant! Nice short walk to the beach. Perfect location for a surfing holiday and reasonably priced. 」

「Resort needs some repairs to be 4*+ Good reception especially with Juan. Also toilets need to be more functional allowing use of toilet paper to be flushed putting it in waste basket isn’t sanitary. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be changed, also linen for the couch should be available in room. Shower isn’t functional to high and therefor sprays out of shower area. Chairs on balcony could be more comfortable.」

「Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. Luckily the bank rejected the payment and we resolved the issue with the property. -upon arrival, we noticed a lot of damage to the room. looks like...

「The rooms were clean, there was a little mold in the shower, which a little spray of bleach would solve in a few minutes. But the whole place was comfortable, super clean. The staff always super friendly, the grounds were an amazing. The food was great, the location was perfect. We will be back next year , all ready planning. 」
