Outstanding place to stay. Close to the beach (2 min walk), and there is even a café next door. Tom, the owner, is so welcoming and the apparthotel is quiet, in pristine condition. I highly recommend this place!

Slightly off the main, busy part of the Playa Cabarete. A slight bit of a hike (10 to 15 minutes) to where most of the restaurants and grocery stores, kite/wing schools/rentals are, but I appreciate the quietness and security the place has to offer. The facility is modern, clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again.

Great access to beach, nice international community with lots of semi-permanent residents and longtime returning guests. Noise from scooters can be kept in check with the windows partially closed.

Cozy one bedroom unit with short walk to beach

Our unit was clean an comfortable. When we first arrived, my wife was unhappy that the unit was not right on the beach. But over our one-month stay we came to really enjoy the community and location. The short walk to the beach turned out not to be an issue, even carrying kite gear. We could always use the common area and chairs right at the beach front. The shaded courtyard is well maintained, never windy (which can be a benefit in Cabarete) and property management was very responsive. We had a great time.

This is an okay small motel. This is a residential area so everything is quiet. No room service every day following check-in. Room is small. You can walk to the beach; it is about 5 minutes walking distance.

There is a 24hrs security guard and gate. The area is very clean and quiet. You are 500 meters from a beautiful empty beach. The property is hands on the owner lives there. I was comfortable and felt safe.

Znakomite wakacje

Spodziewaliśmy się standardu w okolicach 3 gwiazdek, a tu na miejscu okazało się dużo lepiej. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja apartamentów w willowej dzielnicy z lokalną ochroną, daje duże poczucie bezpieczeństwa, bliska odległość od wybrzeża oceanu, zadbana plaża i mnóstwo ludzi uprawiających widowiskowy kiteserfing . Pełni znakomitej opinii o obiekcie dopełnia załoga obsługująca Bahia Residence, a zwłaszcza bardzo pomocny Tom, prowadzący wraz z Rehnee ten hotel. To wspaniali ludzie na właściwym miejscu. Wyjeżdżając umówiliśmy, że chcemy wrócić tu jak najszybciej. Innym bardzo polecamy ten obiekt.

Everything was good. Tom and Renee were good host.The staff was friendly, and attentive as always. We notice some upgrades in our apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It is our home away from home.

Great location! Quiet and nice, in a cute gated community surrounded by beautiful villas. Right next to awesome coffee shop for food/if you need to do some remote work. Would def recommend to others!

Solo traveller in Cabarete

A great apartment with everything I needed for a wonderful short break. Spotlessly clean, great air con and fans, the TV worked fine, but having been shown it worked, I never switched it on again. Too much great stuff to do in Cabarete. Tom and Renee are great hosts, they gave me helpful information about the local area and booked a taxi for me at the end of my stay to help me get to the airport which is about 25 minutes away. The apartment is in a really pleasant and safe part of the town, near enough to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet at night. I would certainly go back again and recommend it to my friends.

Nice and comfortable.

We stayed there before. Everything was nice, the staff was friendly. The only issue was the television. Some of the channel were not clear. But after speaking with the staff, they changed the cable. That made it a little better. We stayed there back in March of this year and experienced the same problem plus the tint adjustment was poor. The curtains in the bedroom had an old smell odor. They may need to be changed or washed. Over all everything was nice. We really always enjoy our stay there.

Perfect hideaway

This condo was amazing. It's located in a gated community so it's very secure. The villas in the community are very beautiful & the condo complex is small & quiet. The walk to the beach is maybe 5 minutes. This place is perfect for couples.

great little spot

exactly what you need to relax and take some a time out, its a quite place (it is close to the road but you don't hear anything ) very clean and modern. has a pool and a wicked little coffee/breakfast place next door, they do amazing smoothies. its about a 1-2 minute walk to the beach which is beautiful. has a lot of kite surfers on this beach even tho 'kite beach' is a little down the road. great spot to chill and watch all the kite surfers. cabarete beach is i think a perfect distance away from the residence. about 15 min walk. just to note there is no restaurant at this residence but there is plenty around it for options. would recommend.
