The property was beautiful, however, the service could have been better especially for the price. I was guaranteed an on time check-in which didn't happened. After the late check in, getting settled in i went over the restaurant listed and decided to dine at the Italian restaurant; I was denied entrance due to not having a reservation and even after explaining that I just checked in that day and late due to the room not being ready and that there was no way I could reserve prior to, the staff still didn't care and denied me entrance. I went to the Mexican restaurantand after a 30 minute wait I was able to dine. I wanted to make reservation the next day for one of their top restaurants but I was told that the restaurant is currently closed without an opening date so that was not an option. I also requested for towels and bottled of water to be delivered to my room twice and didn't get them until 24hrs later. There was no joyful entertainment and the night that they did have it, the live band was not very enthusiastic to say the least. I feel that for the price guest pay they should have better service, easier access to all restaurants or get discount for restaurant or services not available since we are paying for an all inclusive stay. The entertainment can definitely be better as well.
