"Pros: Love the location and the personnel was nice. The room was comfortable and the top lobby was very nice. Cons: Broken WiFi!! In a hotel with many foreign guests, that's a massive problem. Also, the shower on the top floor shared bathroom was also broken.
Like the hotel and the local vibe overall. But the broken Wifi and broken shower is a no go."

"The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that they did not provide shuttles buses to and from the airport. I had to find my way in an uber to get to the resort and I felt very uneasy about that. Especially since there was a language barrier. I would have paid for the shuttle bus but I would have felt safer knowing that the resort sent the driver."

"This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals."

"I recently stayed at Royalton CHIC Punta Cana for a few days with family and loved the adults-only vibe. The service was hands down the best I’ve experienced at any resort, friendly, attentive, and consistent. Housekeeping was excellent, and the beds were super comfortable.
The food, however, could use improvement. The buffet was limited, the specialty restaurants were just okay, and overall, the options felt minimal. The in-room TV also needs an upgrade, poor picture quality, weak volume, and bad glare made it hard to watch unless I closed the blinds.
On the bright side, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the nighttime entertainment was a highlight. The daytime DJ could switch things up a bit, but the energy around the pool was fun.
If the food and in-room tech get a refresh, I’d definitely come back!"
