"The place was full of cats! It was disgusting and I am allergic to cats, couldn't go to some of the restaurants or locations due to them. We upgraded the room and package but it was not worth it. Rooms was really hot and had to get maintenance to lower thermostat. The drinks were not good anywhere except the main bar all other places it was really cheap liquor. The restaurants only served very small portions and if you don't have a cell phone to order via QR code then you are out of luck since there is NO menu. The main buffet was very good and had a variety of food every day. Would not go there again especially when you can not explore all the properties."

"The property is beautiful, and the room was perfect. However, the dining hall staff were not very attentive, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, parents with children were allowed to sit at the swim-up bar, and the children were splashing water into guests’ drinks, which was unpleasant. The pool area could also use better maintenance, as it would benefit from daily cleaning, and it closed earlier than expected."

The performers were always so friendly. Overall we had a great time, just don’t go in expecting royal treatment like some other all inclusive hotels. "
