"The food was pretty good, the rooms were cleaned well, and the beach is great. The only thing is that the majority of the workers don't speak English very well, and the resort lacks events. Our resort helper, Ricardo Sanchez, was very good, though, and helped us so much throughout our stay, very kind and spoke fluent English. Rooms did have A/C. Really disappointed in how long it took the bars to serve us, though; other travellers had the same opinion. More bartenders/higher service capability would've greatly increased my satisfaction during our stay."

"We stayed with my husband for 5 days, and it was a wonderful time to relax. The resort and rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiters were especially amazing and attentive. There is also a coffee shop on the property, which was very convenient. The huge pool accommodates many guests comfortably. And the beautiful flamingo living at the resort was truly the cherry on top. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!"

"Fantastic vacation !! The only downside was making dinner reservations was IMPOSSIBLE. The buffet was amazing ! Everything fresh and something new every time. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating ! The beach was immaculate and gorgeous !! Tip the staff and they will take great care of you!!"

"Room could have been cleaner. There was mold on the bed headboard, and I had to request a room change. The hotel internet is very poor unless you get an eSIM, and they also charge extra for wifi, which still wasn’t very functional. Some staff members lacked basic manners, while others were extremely kind and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful, but the service could definitely improve. "

"I loved this property qnd all it had to offer....Everyone was so great. The only probl2m i had was there no towels in my room and after jumping in shower and noticing it took 2 phone calls and 45 mins to get them. Also VIP is extra however i had a hard time getting the extra after paying for that day when arriving at 4pm.... However the property the staff and all inclusive was amazing. The woman at the front desk is Outstanding...they got me a free car to souvinir shop and even he was amazing! The experience was so amzing it made me almost wanna forget about the not so good part...the cabanas with butler...amazing. I loved it!!!"
