"The resort was well maintained and manicured/cleaned daily. Staff was busy every morning cleaning the outside grounds. Our room was very spacious, well stocked and always cleaned. We enjoyed the specialty restaurants and bbq buffet at the beach. The staff in the buffet restaurants were very attentive. There was a wide variety of food every meal. We enjoyed the spa(2x) and participated in the water sports (2x). Shout out to Charles the King who never failed to speak to us everyday. Very personable employee!!!"

"Great, relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff from check-in to the swim up bar and everywhere in between. We booked an elite class room and it was absolutely worth it. My one small wish for the room was that there were more hooks in the bathroom. There were only 2 hooks in a large bathroom, and as two women who both used 2 towels to shower each day, we just didn't have anywhere to put them all. That's it. My only complaint. Would love to visit again."

"Fantastic vacation !! The only downside was making dinner reservations was IMPOSSIBLE. The buffet was amazing ! Everything fresh and something new every time. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating ! The beach was immaculate and gorgeous !! Tip the staff and they will take great care of you!!"

"I loved this property qnd all it had to offer....Everyone was so great. The only probl2m i had was there no towels in my room and after jumping in shower and noticing it took 2 phone calls and 45 mins to get them. Also VIP is extra however i had a hard time getting the extra after paying for that day when arriving at 4pm.... However the property the staff and all inclusive was amazing. The woman at the front desk is Outstanding...they got me a free car to souvinir shop and even he was amazing! The experience was so amzing it made me almost wanna forget about the not so good part...the cabanas with butler...amazing. I loved it!!!"
