It’s a beautiful resort! Very nice and quiet. Our butler Rodny took care of us the entire time and he made sure all of our lunch and dinner reservations were made. All the staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. I’d recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation!

Check with butler about events and excursions so you can plan your attire better. I feel like that’s something I didn’t take full advantage of, specially when they connect with you 72 hrs before your trip. But once we got here our butler Rodney made things smoother with restaurants reservations and accommodations when we weren’t able to do so.

Overall, the experience is great! The food, amenities, and beach are all amazing. But the staff aren’t very friendly or welcoming, especially when you ask for a club car or golf cart. Sometimes the golf carts just pass by and seem to ignore you.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely our personal butler, Mr Rodny. From the moment we arrived, Mr Rodny was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He handled everything smoothly—from organizing activities to making dining reservations—always with a warm and friendly attitude. Overall, Mr Rodny added a special touch to the stay and made it truly memorable. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for top-notch, personalized service.

Rooms are clean but a little dated. We also did not spend much time in the room. The staff was amazing, and Ray, our butler, was the best. The food was great for a mid-level all-inclusive. Si estás buscando por una escapada con tu pareja el TRS Turquesa es la mejor opción. Yo vine por recomendación de una amiga que lo primero que me dijo que es una buena opción para SOLO ADULTOS y tuvo toda la razón. Desde que llegamos fuimos recibidos maravillosamente. La primera impresión es la que cuenta y cuando después del check in fuimos a almorzar frente al mar nos quedamos boquiabiertos. El mar es tan hermoso como las fotos. Yo pensé que las fotos y los videos que había visto del hotel era editadas o tenían filtros, pero no! Es más hermoso que las fotos. El resort tiene acceso directo y privado a la playa más bonita que he visto, mar turquesa.

The staff were attentive in all aspects of the trip experience, from tending to the grounds to making meal reservations to fulfilling the many requests a guest may have. The scheduled activities (pool bikes, stretching, yoga, etc.) were led by competent activities staff and provided a time of good physical activity to balance the relaxing time at TRS. The on-site shuttle transports were convenient and available at all times of the day. The meal/restaurant options were varied enough to afford a different experience each day.

Norelis was our butler for the trip and she went above and beyond. Making our stay above our expectations. She worked all hours of the day to make our stay the best possible. The resort was beautiful and everything we expected. Our Butler Norielis went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and she made our stay exceptional. She also made sure to consistently contact us every morning with activities and any requests we had.

Property was very well maintained and the chill but not boring vibe was exactly what we were hoping for. Our butler Ray was fantastic and took care of anything we needed. The majority of the staff (75%) were friendly but some of the staff seemed like they did not want to be there (not friendly and did not smile) which was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our vacation.

The service level here is what separates TRS from standard all-inclusives. The pool has a swim-up bar where bartenders use premium international spirits rather than the "well" liquors common at large resorts. You rarely have to leave your lounge chair. Poolside servers are attentive, frequently bringing over anything that you want/need to drink!
