"Nice and clean. The Buffet was my favorite place to eat at. I love their app for the most part I love how you can ask for thing from the app but just be okay when it comes to breakfast order it the night before or the early in the morning or you might not get it till the next day and sometimes when you order stuff it may disappear but I can’t wait to stay here again "

"My visit 3 years ago was much nicer than this year. No more flamencos, trash and plastic water bottles in the lagoons and around property, and very little food in the bins for the birds. Although the beach was still as beautiful, the resort itself was not as pleasant. The food quality was below average but the staff were all extremely kind and accommodating, although it appeared there were much less employees."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved this resort! It felt homey, the grounds were clean, staff were nice and attentive, and the beaches were spacious and clean. We did the coral upgrade for about $150 extra a person for the whole week, which was worth it for the 2 additional pools and restaurants, and also having our room be closer to the beach. The coral buffet alone is worth the upgrade as you get more upscale options (one day they had sushi, oysters, and crab legs). We did spend time at the main pool for the swim up bar, but when we wanted more quiet, we went to the infinity pool which overlooked the beach. The Hibachi restaurant was our favorite for the food. Avoid the Italian restaurant. We felt very safe here, and the property is the nicest we saw when we did our excursions and had to go on a bus to pick up others at their hotels. We will definitely be back to this resort!"

"The staff was excellent, but the room cleaning was very poor; the rooms smelled bad due to mold, and even the blanket was dirty. The food was superb—the complete opposite of the rooms. The pools were nice and very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The room cleaning was the biggest letdown—it was sloppy, and the bathroom was dirty. I switched rooms, but the next one was exactly the same."

"Ac wasn’t as strong as I would like and the reception didn’t pick up one day at all tried calling 5 times . Wish they had decorations for birthday but they didn’t have "

"Awesome location for a family trip! We traveled here for a week with our 3 kids ages 6, 3, and 4 months old. The beach was wide and beautiful. There are plenty of chairs near umbrellas for shade but also a large area for kids to play in the sand and swim in the ocean. My kids loved the 2 kid pools with slides. We didn’t do too many of the kids club activities since we stayed at the beach most of the time, but the ones we did participate in were fun. Food was amazing. We really loved the Indian restaurant. The buffets have a great selection. Every staff member was kind and helpful and so friendly with our kids. The nature path was also fun for the kids. They loved spotting all of the different birds and turtles on the property. We would definitely come here again in the future. "
