The room was spotless, very clean, the staff was very friendly and they are available 24/7. So far the best staff that I’ve ever experienced. Shoutout to Sus the reception manager who welcomed me open arms and gave me a lot of tips during my trips and also Yisenia she gives top notch service, gives good treatment and respect the customer. I will definitely come back at Hotel El Imperio when I come back in Punta Cana !!!

The customer service, especially at the front desk, was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast service was very good with great food and excellent coffee. However, the room lacked some basic services. The safety lockbox was not in usable condition, so I was unable to securely lock my belongings, which was my main concern. In addition, a couple of the shower faucets needed repairs, and there were not enough workable electrical outlets. A shuttle service to the beach in the future would be greatly appreciated and would be very helpful for guests. Overall, a pleasant stay due to the staff and breakfast, but the room maintenance needs improvement.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them! The building is beautiful and the rooms are big, so you dont feel like you're sitting on top of other people in the room. The hotel location is convenient to everything you would need. They had security 24/7 to watch your rental car and the property had a privacy wall that separated it from the rest of the area. The only downside is that the neighborhood can feel unsafe and everyone likes to party all night, so the music can be loud!

Minimal options for breakfast but atleast it was included. Seen maintenance cleaning the property everyday but still old and dirty. Unsafe wet puddles near stairs. Completely not wheelchair accessible. Hazardous debris laying around property. Rooms dont get cleaned unless you go down to desk and ask and you have to leave your own personal room key. Nice view on hotel lobby which is whats posted as the hotel’s advertising webpage on expedia. The male counter staff that works the morning had great customer service. If you are not a native the location of this hotel is extremely dangerous and unsafe.

Stayed here only for 2 nights. I highly recommend it. The place is clean, quiet, everything is new, staff is very polite and helpful. The reception manager approached me to ask for a feedback too. The hot water in the shower wasn't available on both nights but as soon as I reported it to the reception, their staff fixed it within 5 minutes both the times. The only negative is that it's far away from the beach/restaurant area, so you need a car or uber to get around. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Good value for money.

Amazing place

The staff was amazing. From Yisenia at reception to the restaurant staff, it was a 5 star service all around. The service from.the receptions was so amazing , i ended up booking 2 extra nights. I highly recommend this hotel.

Some of the Staf seems to not have any motivation to work at there… price is very affordable and you get what you’re paying for while I was staying there with My Family. I felt a little bit of insecurity because the doors dont have a strong lock. I have to Travel with most of my belongings. Every day. I was outside the hotel. The hotel Service breakfast in the morning if can be called breakfast. If you’re looking to save money and you don’t care about Comfort, This Is, the place to crash and night or two
