They need to update the site about the shuttle to the beach for the people staying with them cause they no longer offer that service that was why i chose that hotel 15min from the beach cause it offered that service and when i arrived they said they no longer do .And they have roaches i seen 2 in the bathroom

I had booked a room with two beds. They moved us after the first night due to broken air conditioner but then for some reason moved us again but the moment we left during the second move, hotel staff went in and stole our empanadas from the fridge and then told us to go back to the same room before completing the move. They then said they no longer had a 2-bed room available so gave us two 1-bed rooms. My husband booked another 2-bed room online but when he tried to check into it, was told there was nothing availabile... so they took his money and gave him NO ROOM. And no refund! So we paid for 4 beds and got 2. There was also no free breakfast, despite it being advertised online, and it was in a sketchy neighbourhood.

The place isn’t safe and very dirty. We found roaches inside the room. The area is noisy and the neighborhood is loud and busy. The bed had a hole in the middle making it hard to rest. Luckily we only stayed one night. Please stay away from this place.

Everything in the hotel was a mess, the lady at reception sat on her phone for 15 minutes while I was waiting to check in, when she finally attended to me she was so rude, the room was absolutely filthy, there is no intercontinental breakfast, the bed frame was broken and supported by a piece of wood, the sheets were torn in various places and stained aswell no hot water the walls were mouldy and chipped the sink and shower covered in limescale and grim very poor WiFi and rude attendants. Absolutely worst experience of my life.

Booked the king suite, with a supposedly jacuzzi tub. It looks like a jacuzzi tub. But it has one jet on the opposite side from where you would sit. Also the tub was dirty……the room also only had one plug in in the entire room. None by the bed. Would you like to have a drink? Well you better bring your own glasses as there won’t be any in the room. Want to know the time? Better keep that phone charged as there’s no clock either. Just a strange room all together

This “HOTEL” is a MOTEL !! DO NOT BOOK There’s no hot water , it comes &’ go There’s no tv The AC BARELY works I believe there’s a jacuzzi in every room wouldn’t recommend there filthy ( I thought it was weird having a jacuzzi in a room with family on top of it giving motel vibes) The curtains in the room I booked where half way falling to the floor The outlets don’t work so I had to take turn with my family in order for everyone to have a fully charged phone The pool is filthy &’ the area gives hood vibes but safe to walk around The staff was super nice &’ sweet though !!
