Towels in the room would be nice, the TV did not work and many of the outlets did not work so it was hard to charge a device or use a hair dryer. But overall it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. And the location is great! I would stay again.

We will always have a soft spot in our hearts for the Marimba. My wife and I wish that we could buy it and restore it to its 1930s glory, while keeping it reasonably priced. The staff are great and we would tart there again on our next visit to Punta Cana.

The hostess couldn't find my reservation, when she called her manager who finally did find it. He told me they had no more space. After debating for 30 minutes they finally got me a room. The room had to covers and was dirty.

They need to update the site about the shuttle to the beach for the people staying with them cause they no longer offer that service that was why i chose that hotel 15min from the beach cause it offered that service and when i arrived they said they no longer do .And they have roaches i seen 2 in the bathroom

The place isn’t safe and very dirty. We found roaches inside the room. The area is noisy and the neighborhood is loud and busy. The bed had a hole in the middle making it hard to rest. Luckily we only stayed one night. Please stay away from this place.
