不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和住宿環境和硬體
Check-in was not good, they didn’t honour the pre-reserved room or the requests we had made in advance. No explanation of resort, locations of amenities or times things were open or available. 50% of staff were friendly, the other 50% were not seemingly interested in friendliness. Most employees did not speak enough english to understand requests and we were given mixed information when we would ask. The rooms were a good size. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms/furniture was not great-corners missing from water closet door, leaky showers soaking bathroom floor, obvious water damage in shower not fixed/painted, A/C not working correctly. Food was ok, not great. The buffet was basic but good for a no frills breakfast lunch and dinner. You cannot get a la carte reservations through the app, no reservations were available the entire week we were there-though it is the only way the staff tell you to book them. We only got in because we paid extra for a restaurant on the sister resort that was not included and the guy working to sell us that dinner threw in two a la cartes of our choice. When we went the a la cartes they were not busy, which was very disappointing. The pools are nice, two options but you have to wake up early to reserve a seat with a towel and some type of clip/personal item on it. The beach is far. A trolley ride (10 mins) or walk 15-20 depending on your travellers and another 10 minute walk to a crowded spot-also needing you to get up early.
