"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. "This stay was a mix of great comfort and frustrating logistics. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the space felt much larger than a typical hotel room, offering good value compared to nearby resorts. Once everything was sorted out, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the late checkout was appreciated given the check-in issues. The arrival experience was stressful.
