Majority of the staff were very kind and courteous. Lots of helpful people around to assist when needed. The rest of the staff were pleasant but reserved. Overall a great experience and happy to spend a week there. Carlos the waiter was the best and we saw him a few times over our stay.

The grounds were nicely kept Most days we had room service for breakfast which was good. When I went to the buffet breakfast it was very good and many options.

Nice relaxing stay and welcoming staff, Adoni was great in taking care of the family. Kids had a great time and pools were nice and clean. Beach was easy to access, food was good and there were a lot of options. Double room was big enough for everyone.

Adoni , Emmanuel and Angel were the best staff members. Everyone here is so friendly and attends to your needs very fast. Would 10/10 recommend coming back. Loved this resort!!

Cockroach came up through our drain into our room. Lots of locals trying to sell you stuff all day at the beach. Food was ok, very salty. Restaurants weren’t great except we enjoyed the Brazilian and the Oceanside dinner. Had great service from all the staff we interacted with.

The staff was great. They were always so nice. The room was beautiful and the food delicious. Adoni from Guest Services really helped us with all the reservations.
