The staff are excellent Specially Fernando who is the cleaning staff in the buffet and he helped and assist me with my Daugher. He is a kind, friendly and professional person. All staff are kind and proffessional and I Would like to come back again. The only bad thing is that my room Had cockroaches in the restroom.

Nuestra estancia, la atencion del family concierge Cruz Veily, en restaurante le Gourmet, en el japonés con show, el que nos llevó las maletas, fue excelente Yo mejoraría la atención de algunas personas son un poco secas, no sonríen en algunos casos, para dar una mejor presentación al huésped. El tema de los carritos de traslado son muy tardados y dan mayor preferencia hacia Gran punta cana que a Fantasía. La fiesta dominicana un exitazo y recomendable. La Limpieza de la habitación excelente, con un tema con el agua caliente que nos cambiaron de habitación. Es difícil encontrar reservación para los restaurantes. Los alimentos excelentes. 100% recomendable, la Familia feliz, si regresamos. Tks por todas las atenciones.

Juan at the Front Desk is all I have to say! He made our stay so memorable with his willingness to go above and beyond. We had so much fun both at the resort and when we ventured out. Engracia in housekeeping was amazing as well!

First I must say this was our first time being in Dominica Republic. Staying at Bahia Principe Fantasia Resort was the best choice we've made. Saying that to say it was amazing. The lobby was beautiful the staffs doing check ins and out they handled that smoothly and seemless. The pool, kids club, the entertainment department everything was GREAT.. My only problem was the room they gave me first walking in smell of paint on the first floor and i just didn't like it so i had to pay to get a room that my kids would love and that's on the second floor and it was great..the room service i had to ask for more waah clothes and towels because its 4 person and they kept on giving 3 each etc...But it was great we do miss it there we didn't want to leave but we are coming back soon. Thanks alot for the hospitality

People are very nice and also their employees. Unfortunately this place there is No Elevator at all and need to be Upgraded! I book my reservation because they had a bowling alley , said it was Open ! They where closed .No Activity for teen kids or children older then 8 year old.

The property was nice and clean but not very updated. The grounds were very large and you have to take shuttles to get to a lot of the places (and sometimes more than one). The food was good but not great.

My family and I loved Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana! We had access to all parts of Bahia Principe resort as well so I definitely recommend the upgrade to premium! So many things to do for the whole family. The staff at the resort are kind, friendly and helpful. Tipping is not required nor did anyone ask us for a tip. However, we tipped when appropriate because we wanted to show our appreciation. If you are able to so, even a $1 means so much for the workers. They are dedicated, lovely and welcoming. The entertainment at the evening- night time was the highlight of my children's day. From 7pm-10pm there are activities, face painting and fun. The night time show at 9pm was amazing, each day a new event! From karaoke, magic, dancing and circus acrobats. The food exceeded our expectations in quality and variety! Fresh, delicious and so many options. The waterpark and pool are great way to cool off and so much fun for the kids. The beach at this time of the year had seaweed (sargassum). It is not the resort's fault, it is nature. The resort had people cleaning off the beach and removing the sargassum. Apparently, other parts of Punta Cana/Caribbean are being affected and efforts are being made to find the cause/solution from articles we have read on Please don't let this stop you from going to the resort, the place has so much to offer. We have been to Punta Cana before on another resort. Bahia Principe is our favorite! We really would love to come back on future vacations.

El escoger Bahia Principe Fantasia, para disfrutarlo junto a mi familia, fue una excelente elección, el hotel cumplió con todas mis expectativas, mis niños pasaron unas vacaciones fenomenales, todo el personal de servicio en el hotel es muy amable, y siempre que lo necesite obtuve servicios de excelencia, desde el personal de mantenimiento, en la recepción y gerencia del hotel, el personal de los restaurantes, Jailin y su equipo le dan una excelencia a los servicios y atención al cliente, son de esos empleados que hacen con amor su trabajo, sintiendo un alto compromiso por su trabajo y la satisfacción del cliente, a la gerencia del hotel, felicidades por sus empleados, todos hicieron que las vacaciones fueran fantásticas. Gracias por todo. Espero dios mediante vernos en las próximas vacaciones 2026! Éxitos a todos, y continúen con esa calidad de servicios!

Great staff willing to go beyond to accommodate guest. Hotel is beautiful and clean. This is our second year back to back because of how great the staff treated us and our son.

Rooms were spacious and clean, lots of amenities for kids. The dining was a let down. The food was very mediocre. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant.
