dreams onyx is in much better condition then breathless (adult only next door). Limited dining options at both resorts. Entertainment options on the dreams side after 6 pm were essentially zero, and if you have anyone in your group younger then 18 years old- they will not be allowed on the adult only side for entertainment. Expedia staff at dreams onyx was amazing and helpful.

I loved how when you book through Expedia you get a concierge. My Concierge Breilin was the best he catered to my every need. The property was beautiful and had a lot of fun activities. Definitely family friendly.

I had an amazing time at Dreams onyx resort. The customer service was superb, I upgraded to preferred so that I can get access to separate seating and pool area and even an own personal butler. This resort is a family friendly resort. I loved the lazy river and large pool slide, I liked that there were multiple pools around that accommodated everyone so it wasn’t overcrowded. The staff were all very polite and helpful. My room was really nice and clean. The restaurants were good too, my favorite was the steak grill and hibachi restaurants . The night scene was great also because you have access to breathless resort which had more better adult night life and party atmosphere. I loved having access to both resorts, I really feel like a got a bang for my buck. The staff really Made me feel comfortable and helped make my stay wonderful. I enjoyed all the amenities and unlimited food and drinks. I also did excursions which are available for purchase at the resort as well. I’m so glad I chose Dreams onyx resort for my vacation stay it was amazing and I will Definitely be coming back!!!

We paid for the preferred package. The price for the three of was not worth the package. We pretty much did the same thing that one of our friends did while we were there. I wouldn’t recommend the preferred!

Expedia had booked my 14 year old as a child and the resort had to charge me the difference as after 12 years is considered an adult. Don’t need to upgrade to preferred, saw no real benefit if you can go over to breathless for adult time. The resort is beautiful however the seaweed on the beach was not a good view nor the constant wheel loader everyday going back and forth removing seaweed made it impossible to enjoy laying on the beach. Better get up early and grab your pool chairs. Many families claim their chairs by 7:30am out in the main pool. Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Nothing stolen or no sickness. All restaurants had huge entree portions. Wasn’t able to try the Mexican or buffet since only stayed 5 days and there’s 7 restaurants. Food was okay. Italian had the best for me. The hibachi restaurant is the only one you need reservations for. We went to the ice team shop everyday. All workers were very nice and attentive. Don’t like the aggressive sellers and not offering any great gifts to even want to waste your time on. We actually paid round trip uber $30usd to go to Macao beach which 15 minutes away and next to Dreams Macao to enjoy our beach day there. I would not recommend staying in uvelro altro area, 1 hour away from airport and no beautiful water. The hotel is great, just not good location. See google review for videos and pics

Everything was great Minus the fridge and room could have been cooler. Also, the follow through on what they said they would do. Didn’t change fridge, Fix jacuzzi or take down luggage. The ice machine never worked on our floor. Overall was a good all inclusive for families. Lots of entertainment, food options at all hours and cool game room, staff has a lot hospitality.
