Overall we had an amazing time. We were on our honeymoon, and couldn't be happier with the service, entertainment, and the restaurants. Everyone was so friendly, cheerful, and easy to approach. The staff and management team were incredible, as was the entertainment team. Thank you Bahia Principe for another successful stay.

The food at the buffet was excellent, and the staff was amazing. However, the drink selection was very limited, and the drinks tasted watered down. The hotel is in need of renovation as soon as possible. The staff does their best to keep everything looking nice, but the property has reached a point where simple paint touch-ups are no longer enough. A more significant renovation is needed to bring the hotel back to its full potential.
