"Food needs to be really improved.The restaurants should have highly trained chef and staff.Mexico property (Ocean Riviera Paradise) was having way better food than Ocean Beach and Sand at Puntacana. Property upgrade is required to bring upto the standard if their properties in Puntacana."

"I stayed at the Wyndham Alltra and would rate my experience 3 stars overall. Unfortunately, the stay started off poorly. Our first room was full of mosquitos, and the shower had a major drainage issue—water flooded out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. We were then moved to another room, but the transition was frustrating. We had to wait quite a while for assistance with our luggage, only to end up moving everything ourselves across the resort and up to a third-floor room. Once we got settled into the second room, we ran into the same shower flooding issue again. We called housekeeping for help, and it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive. While they did mop up the water, they left all the wet towels on the floor and didn’t offer replacements or check if we needed anything else, which felt like a lack of basic service. That said, not everything was negative—the food was very good, and the amenities were enjoyable, which helped balance out the experience somewhat. Overall, there’s potential here, but the maintenance issues and service shortcomings made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"Very clean room. Beautiful property— only thing was there was no hot water to shower. We had to physically go to the front desk everyday and everyday they said someone was coming to look at it and no one came. Took COLD frigid showers everyday "

"Hotel was clean, staff was Ok, food was average, entertainment was good. Be aware of guest moving your stuff from pool areas if you leave it un attended. Could have made my birthday experience better, didn’t really received anything special for my birthday occasion. I did have a very nice an helpful concierge Edwin! "
