「The staff were extremely helpful , specifically Randy el muñeco and Malky , I needed help at the restaurant and Randy didn’t hesitated and offered his assistance, he deserve a raise , he made sure everything was ok and always kept on checking on me , and answered any questions I had. For that reason only , I can’t wait to go back , the staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this place to anyone . I can’t wait to go back .」

「I wish I had been at the Zilara longer than three days! The room was excellent and perfectly clean and the food was amazing. The only thing that I feel could be improved is having more food options for those of us with dairy allergies, especially desserts. Aside from that, my stay was perfect.」
