The staff was amazing and the food is excellent. The views of the sea are spectacular. The property is next to an incredible beach just outside the resort with almost no people. The one negative is the lack of activities - no golf, no snorkling, no hiking, no tours, no game room so you get stuck on the resort, which can get very boring after a week. The villas are private but the rest of the resort especially the new buildings are a bit like being on a cruise ship and quite crowded.

The room was spacious and clean. (Although the cleaning staff did attempt to steal my iphone charger)... The food was "average" except the Wok Restaurant, which was great! The grounds, the pool layouts, and the beach were so beautiful. The pool was too cold though.. Above all, the service was excellent! Always someone asking and watching for anything you might need. (Except the checkin process was exceptionally time consuming and not streamlined.)

Beautiful Room, fantastic friendly Staff. Food wasnā€™t great and the entertainment left a lot to be desired. The beach was closed due to excessive seaweed, so we received a great upgrade to a bungalow on the beach. Overall it was a lovely hotel with nice pools to relax around and great staff. Pity the bland food didnā€™t match the service.

Hotel is smashing. Very beautiful architecture. Great butler service to attend every needs in great details. Terrace of ocean view in Castle is delightful. Food in Steakhouse is highly recommended. Andalusian style bar is beautiful w sometimes live music. Service is amazing despite many gusts. Special thanks to my butler Camacho who helped us above and beyond. Never forget anything w great details. Other special thanks go to Danny Castillo of Steak house, Quillio of Italian restaurant, Janet of Spa and Keila of beach pool attendant for exceptionally great service. Made my holiday special. One must bring beach shoes and swim with them since there are rocks and pebbles on Beach. Beautiful white sand beach. I will go back there happily again

The resort was wonderful. My favorite part was how clean everything was. Housekeeping not only cleaned well but every day they would come by later in the evening and ask if we needed any towels, etc. The food was also good. 5 different restaurants where you can dine but be aware you have to make reservations for two of them. The staff were great too! Amazing service and friendliness! Overall good place if you are looking for a chill and relaxing place to spend your vacation. As the property isnā€™t very big and the beach is very small too.

The room was very clean, staff was great, especially: Edwardo, Jacob , and Sandro the waiters at the Italian, steak house and breakfast buffet. All were attentive, personable, and kind. They really added to our stay. Joe the Bartender and Gineete the hostess at the Italian restaurant are spectacular. Really great people offering tremendous service. The main check in desk staff were great, just loved the experience.
