Starting with the staff the staff was amazing Raudy was amazing our room wasn’t ready but got upgraded to vip status and still had a pool in my room even when my room was ready I kept the vip status the rooms was clean mini bar was amazing this place is the go to if you want to relax even if its a solo trip .

Amenities were clean and very nice. Food was also very good. The only thing I would have an issue with is the entertainment throughout the day. Although there were events planned on the schedule, sometimes they don't happen and the staff doesn't seem to try to rally people to participate. Our stay was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, deeply concerning from a health and safety standpoint. During lunch at the buffet restaurant, my wife found worms in the broccoli on her plate. We immediately reported it and showed it to the staff. Shockingly, the broccoli remained on the buffet even after we brought it to their attention. The F&B manager came later that day and apologized, but that was the extent of the response. No immediate corrective action was taken while we were there. The overall hygiene at the buffet restaurant was questionable. The plates were often wet, had visible spots, and didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. My wife has IBS and is also anemic, so food safety is critical for her. After this incident, she developed diarrhea and stomach cramps, and it caused significant anxiety for us for the rest of the trip. We were constantly worried about what was safe to eat. Because of her medical condition, she needs proper and hygienic meals, and after what happened, she barely felt comfortable eating at the resort. Overall, the food was bland at every restaurant and far below what you would expect from a property that markets itself as luxury and all inclusive for adults. Some staff at certain restaurants were also rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. This trip was meant to be relaxing, but instead it became stressful and centered around health concerns. We cannot recommend this property to others.

Room could have been cleaned better, ie, dirty dishes weren't picked up for over 1 day. Items were knocked behind the nightstand more than once and not picked up (thought they were stolen initially). I had to request turn-down service, after finding out one of my friends received it automatically. Toiletries were not replaced for 2-3 days. Food was average.

The biggest issue for us was the food was mid. The food was not seasoned. The Mexican restaurant was the best one. We had a few issues with service at two of the restaurants. The resort was beautiful, clean and large. We enjoyed the basketball court and ping pong table.

The staff at this hotel is top notch. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are immaculate. There is housekeeping offered twice a day, morning and evening. The turn down service at the end of the night was wonderful to come back to after dinner. Special mention to Nicholas @ Oregano and Vladimir @ The Grill went above and beyond in providing a great experience. This was our second time at this hotel and the experience and food never disappoint.

Room was clean, the staff amazing… the layout was nice and relaxed, perfect for those needing wheelchair accessibility. The food and spa are about a 6/10 each. The beach is wildly dangerous with strong waves even on a nice day. Lots of pros and cons. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful place! Excellent staff! From the bellman to the housekeeper, the service was excellent. Special shout outs to Jesus at check in, Jesus the waiter, Darlene, Gabriel, Alexander, and Carolina at the spa, Miguel and Maria with entertainment, Basilio, Erika, and many many more bar tenders and wait staff…all were so hospitable it made our stay excellent! We loved the Michael Jackson/ Freddie Mercury show on Tuesday night. Maintenance was quick to respond to the couple issues we had. Only complaints we had: Our mini bar fridge didn’t cool well, which was disappointing. And the main hot tub didn’t get very hot. No fun on a cloudy day.

Everything was awesome. Front desk support from Jesus to our cleaning support Karina and Miguel from activities and the rest of the staff made our visit superb and fantastic. I will come back again and recommend this hotel to all my family and friends

Always a great time. We were here last year, then this year, and will be back next year. Waiters Darlin, Dionisio, and Ronny stood out and Kendry at the Sol Bar.

Where do I begin…from the moment I was greeted with champagne to Jesus who checked me in at the front desk (outstanding) and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction every time he saw me…although the food wasn’t 5 star it was good and very good at some of the places. Yoel who was the manager at Magna and the Grille took great care of me as well as all the wait staff. Gregory was the best though and took great care of me at Casa Isabelle and at breakfast. He made me feel like a queen. Cherelyn aka Honey is the best entertainment organizer (and a friend) and amazing at her job and at getting the crowd going. Eduardo (Panda), I will miss you as well. Maria, you took such great care of my room and went beyond what any housekeeper has done in any hotel I’ve stayed at. Thank you sooooo much. Juan and my girl who brought me coconut waters and skinny margaritas all day, thank you so very much. I know I am forgetting some people but I can’t mention everyone. This place was 5 star for sure. Oh and the girl who made my ice coffee every day and didn’t need me to tell her after day one what I wanted, thank you to you. Coffee is very important!!! I will be back for sure!!!
