Room was dated but not in bad shape. Staff was very friendly but there was a language barrier. If you tried to speak Spanish they were very appreciative of that. If you don’t put the sign on the door they just walk in about 9 am. There was little communication between the staff. My now fiancé planned a romantic dinner on the beach to propose to me and was told that morning that it was cancelled due to the wind being so strong so he had booked another dinner reservation. Then we get a phone call right before leaving for the dinner reservation that we were late for the romantic dinner and that they were waiting for us down on the beach. We left right away and headed to the beach. Found the tent set up in the dark and no one around. Had to search the beach to find out they moved it up to the pool bar (which was closed by that time). Was very stressful and unorganized. Kind of ruined the whole ambiance but we made the best of it. Would highly recommend learning Spanish before you go here.

We stayed a whole week in the resort. The experience is beyond my expectations. The resort is huge with full facilities. It has almost everything you need. The beach is nice, spa and gym facilities are big with full amenities. I saw water park, tennis, pickleball courts, bowling and soccer field. We played 3 rounds golfing. The golf course is beautiful and well maintained with good services. However, It is very busy. Suggest to book tee time in advance. The food is reasonably good with many options. We stayed in adult only area. The hotel room is spacious. Booked my package from Expedia. The package price is amazingly good. I have visited more than 10 Caribbean islands. This resort definitely ranks on top 3 based on the facilities, services and price.

Overall we had a good time staying in Adults only part of the resort. But a few things make us wonder if we'd come back again. Beach is perfect. Food and drinks good Service is bad. Room was terrible. Beach; best beach with the white sand, clean, plenty lounge chairs under the palm shed. But they let locals use the beach in front of the resort. It would be OK for few people lay down on the send, but on weekend it become so crowded, I counted 104 people just turning my head around, including dozen of kids on adults only area, so it become impossible to stay on the beach. There are no signs to show that is a resort area, especially adults only area. I think a clear sign will help to maintain this issue. Food was good quality and lots of option. Dinner at the restaurants requires reservation which going thru the customer service. Bar was surprisingly good this time. Bartenders were friendly, paid attention and made good drinks. Room is outdated, in terrible condition; bathtub is leaking, water dripping from the ceiling, smells like pee, coffeemaker doesn't work. But A/C was good. Service is terrible as well. No app, no online, everything is going through the phone with a zero result for calling more then dozen times for several days. Only way to fix the issue you have to go to the lobby customer service in person, stay in line, left a tip and then things started changing. For example. After got wet in the storm we found no towels in our room, it took 3 hours to get them.

The staff was wonderful! This was one of the most affordable options that we looked at, so we got what we paid for. However, the rooms were dated, especially the bathroom, and the food was good, but not great. We would have loved being able to order food poolside.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly, great customer service, the hotel is always clean, they were always making sure that everything was okay, also the staff celebrated my birthday , but the only thing we weren't happy was that they didn't have our room ready , so they moved us to a different room and location.We were disappointed because the room had two bed instead of just one.

Beautiful resort. Could use a little TLC around the resort. Good food, most of the staff was friendly and kind. The one member of the staff, Elisabeth, was the waitress in the bar lobby she was amazing. Such a joy to see her each day!!

Rooms were very clean, but bathrooms need a little updating. Elizabeth Rodrigus was exceptional. Very personable Also the short gal that was at the smoothy bar, she brightened our mornings with a smile and dance!

Everything was great with this resort. First time here. Good restaurant choices, tons of shopping in resort. Rooms were clean.
