「The entrance to the hotel reception is not easy to find. They are all friendly and welcoming, but the hotel entrance is best on the side instead of going to the hotel restaurant.」

「You have to go to a restaurant to check in and how are you supposed to know this. The ice machine was out of ice when we left. The room could have had a microwave. The room was nice size and very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Good location. Parking is at the local city parking lot which is $20 a day or hourly if you go in and out. The ad said the parking was $15.」

「Everything was great but there was construction right next door that started very very early in the morning everyday, including weekends making it impossible to sleep. Hotel should have warned about that or gave a discount. 」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at UMA House. Our room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful. I do note that we booked a room for three, and there was only one king bed. There was no sofa for a third person, and very little furniture in the room. Furnishings and decor are very simple. 「The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. 」

「Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late.
