「My husband and I had fun, they have a nice activities every night. Property is a Excellent. Love the room it was so big and clean. 24 hrs. room service. Hope they would have more additional gluten free food for my husband but overall it was Perfect vacation. 」

「This beautiful property is in a perfect location in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Spacious, well-designed rooms, all with ocean views. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food in the buffet was spectacular! We also liked the Asian and the Mediterranean restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the steakhouse and Italian restaurants due to the strict dress code (long pants for men). The Peruvian restaurant had good service, but poor food quality. We really wanted to like it, but...

「Loved this resort! So clean, hospitality was amazing! When a mistake happens, they would go over and beyond to make you happy! Jorge, is really warm and welcoming he was also really quick to respond and knowledgeable. Jorge made us feel like we were his only guest! Ismail always kept us informed about the activities for the day. My kids 12,10 wanna come back next week lol! There was something for all of us! We will definitely be coming back! 」

「Everything was fabulous. I would like to have more nite life entertainment shows in the theater and music around the pool area. The entertainment staff were awesome. We will visit again. 」

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
