Totally amazing, there’s no words to describe how good my staying with my girlfriend was. From the staff to the food to all the shows and activities were amazing!! The only bad thing was not staying longer. We had many dinning options with excellent service and tons of flavor, on our first day Alejandro at seaside grill took care of us and we went back multiple times asking for him. Overall a great place to stay staff and wait service were excellant especially jeffrey around the swim up bar pool. We came for a wedding with 70 plus other poeple. The only bad things the rendevour bar closes at 11 when your just chatting and having fun and dont want to go to the night club cause your not in your twentys and dont want the bang bang bang music it cuts short your evening. Also the wedding couple who brought in over $100,000 to the resort didnt even get a free night or stay for free

The aesthetic of the property was amazing. The food was great as well in all of the restaurants. Comparing to other resorts we’ve been to though, it seemed like for the price you’re already paying there were too many add ons and not enough already included even with an upgrade to preferred club (examples: beach cabana/bed, pool cabana/bed). We’d like to give a shoutout to a few employees who really helped us a lot: Luis (building concierge), Nadia and Griselda (front desk).

I’ve had a one in a lifetime experience at this beautiful resort. I actually proposed to my partner here. They helped me plan the best proposal with my ideas in mind. They also provide you personal butlers that will answer any questions you have and try to meet your needs. I love this resort, I hope to go back in the future.

The property was new and beautiful. The staff also amazing. The night shows/entertainment was not so great. The pools never have chairs even at 9 or 10 am. The food was average.

We loved staying in this property! Our butler Duran was so accommodating. He was the most kind and we loved having him to help us. The entertainment team was great! Elizabeth made our time so fun and happy! We also really trusted and relied on Joel, he always had a solution to anything we needed. This resort was a 10 out of 10.

To start this is a nice property. Our room was quite nice with plenty of space. The staff was personable and offered great service. Our Butler Eduardo checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. We appreciated the daily updates as to what was happening on the resort. We enjoyed the spa where we received 80 minute massages my therapist was Estela who gave me the best massage I have ever had. We found the hydrotherapy to be more tedious than relaxing but overall it was an enjoyable experience. We stayed Preferred which I would recommend. especially for the bar, private pool, and daily food offerings which was always fun. Loved the constant care from Joel our pool concierge. As well as the Birthday love from him and my butler Eduardo. We did not use our evening butler but he introduced himself and I am sure would have attended to all our needs. Didn't love the time share sales pitch upon arrival, I had read about it so I knew it was coming, I was exhausted the timing was not good, it was only a offer to go to the sales breakfast but still not a fan. Beverages didn't have much booze, many of the cocktails tasted more like mocktails. Even after asking for doubles or specific brands you only got a hint of booze. If you sit at the Preferred Bar you might be more likely to get what you want.Regulars to Secrets seem to have a way to navigate this seems like a lot of work. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast and Oceano was my favorite, as well as preferred pool offerings.

Está muy enfocado en el turismo extranjero y lejos de ser especial mi estancia, fue demasiado monótono, me esperaba mejor calidad en la comida, el único restaurante que valió la pena fue el francés, los demás no tienen la calidad que se espera de un hotel del tipo que se supone que son, he tenido mejores experiencias en otras cadenas y en definitiva no volveré

Probably the most beautiful property we have ever been to! Beach location was perfect. Absolutely no seaweed. Food at the restaurants were all amazing. No reservations required and no wait! Service was nothing spectacular and we have had better at less expensive hotels. Overall this was a great stay!

Beautiful new hotel. Loved the service and cleanliness. The room smelled nice and fresh and the bed was comfortable. The gathering areas such as lobby bar and theater are outside with no A/C. Also, I didn’t like that you had to wear long pants in the restaurants for dinner or sit outside where it’s hot. I really loved the sushi and the Asian food the best. Overall, we had a relaxing and fun time!

The resort was beautiful and very relaxing! Our butlers Duran & Gerardo were so helpful and very friendly! They helped my husband to decorate our hotel room for my birthday! The food was good.. the only thing that I was upset about was the romantic dinner on the beach.. it was by the pool. I was disappointed because we were promised by the beach but when we got there they said Nadia plan for the pool and it would be an extra charge. When I contacted Nadia she told me “it was supposed to rain” but other than that everything was great!
