Wonderful stay! Will come back!! Staff-standout staff! The staff works incredibly hard and makes you feel very welcomed. Tip the staff!! Food-probably the best resort food I have ever had at a hotel. So many options and food had a great quality. We loved Magna, Oregano and surprisingly Raises with their unique menu. Magna breakfast was my favorite meal! No reservations and we never had to wait to be seated for a meal Pool/Beach-it often felt like the resort was empty because there was no fight to get a beach chair. Pool is massive and balances calm and fun/party vibes. Beach was not my favorite. The sand is extremely hard if you walk barefoot but staff does good job keeping seaweed out Rooms-we had an Excellence club swim out suite with private pool. LOVED the swimout and private pool option. The rooms are very different.. I hated the sensor lights as they would turn on if one of us had to use the restroom. Excellence Club-we did the Excellence Club and what made it worth it was dinner and breakfast at Magna. I didnt use any of the other Excellence club benefits and would have had the same great trip without it

Our stay at Excellence was truly amazing. We booked a room with a rooftop pool, and it was absolutely stunning—such a unique and relaxing experience. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our trip even more enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the sports bar. With only two staff members serving, the service was understandably slow. It would definitely benefit from additional staffing. We also noticed that our rooftop pool had a dark ring around the top, so it could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleaning. It would have been even better if the pool were heated, as we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The restaurants, however, were fantastic. A special shoutout to Rolando at the Grill—he took great care of us and made our dining experience memorable. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the beach due to the sargassum, but Antonio was so kind and attentive while we spent time there, which we really appreciated. Overall, the resort is absolutely beautiful, and we had such a great time. We were genuinely sad to leave and would definitely consider coming back.

This was our first time at an Excellence and we would definitely come back. The property was beautiful, the pool, restaurants and bars did not disappoint. The best part though was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff! We stayed in a two level terrace with private pool, though the space was very nice, the pool was not heated so we didn’t use. We did love the large lounger on the terrace and even took an afternoon nap out there. Many restaurants to choice from all were great except the sports bar food was meh but we enjoyed a few games of pool. They had nightly entertainment if you are in to that or had plenty of seating areas just to relax with a drink. If you are looking for an all inclusive relaxed atmosphere with lots of food options and the friendliest people around, I would recommend the Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres to everyone!

Beautiful location with excellent amenities. The buildings and rooms were very well kept. The views were amazing. Everything you needed right in the room. Service was high quality, very tentative. My stay at this resort was fantastic! The amenities, restaurants, and bars were amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever they were asked. The amenities were very clean and amazing. Chez Isabelle, Kanpai, Zenith, and Milo were my favourite places to eat.

This resort is truly a gem if you’re traveling alone. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, welcomed, and completely at ease. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and there’s a perfect balance between relaxation and social opportunities The atmosphere is peaceful but never boring—you can enjoy quiet time by the pool or beach, or join activities and easily meet other travelers. Everything is well organized, clean, and designed to make your stay stress-free.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so nice, the room was nice and clean we really enjoyed our private plunge pool. The resort is so beautiful, the gardens, the restaurants, the very first impression, the specific luxurious smell in the lobby.
