「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「Nice pool atmosphere, not super crowded and loved the swim up bar. Rooms were really clean and the mini fridge was always stocked with bottled water and pop. Restaurants had great food and the buffet was always delicious. 」

「The resort was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only down side was the mosquitos. There was a terrible abundance of them. We had to wear mosquito repellent the whole time we were there. They told us that it isn't usually like that. They were spraying and trying to control them. Just a bad time I guess. 」
