We stayed at this property from Dec 27-Jan 2. It had just opened 3 weeks prior and in my opinion, it should not be open for another 6 months to 1 year. We encountered so many issues I cannot in good faith recommend this resort to anyone. Even basic amenities such as having towels for the pool/beach were not met. Every day was a constant search for towels. We had to change rooms once because of the ongoing construction and jackhammers in the morning. The tables in the Seaside Cafe were all broken and wobbly. We made a dinner reservation online for New Year's Eve which was accepted and then when we got there, the restaurant was closed. The pool in our 5th floor suite overflowed to our balcony below. They assign each guest a butler which sounds great in theory but unfortunately I can't name a single thing he did for us. Food was pretty good, lots of cabanas and the property itself is beautiful but they are so not a 5 star hotel. Don't stay here!
