"The concierge and bellmen were very friendly, prompt and polite. The hotel is amazing, especially the gym (why I picked it!) My daughter loved the glass elevators you could view the floors with. Easy access to all things NYC, right by major Subways and heart of Times Square. Will stay again next time."

"this is one of the best hotel you can stay in in new york and anyone who says different just doesn’t get new york city. the staff are so friendly. every morning you wake up and hear the desk attendant happily greet people and he even remembers everyone. he also was enthusiastically giving directions to travel inquiries. there is also a fabulous bodega right beside this place where you can buy anything your heart desires. the room we stayed in was very quiet and clean. anyone who has a complaint about this place probably complains about the qualities of new york that make it new york and they shouldn’t have a say on this hotels quality.
