"It was a beautiful hotel right in the heart of New York City “TIMES SQUARE”. Hotel was so clean, the breakfast at the Cafe was wonderful I would definitely book here again anytime any day."

"Rooms are a bit out dated "

"The only good thing about this property is its location and overall cleanliness. We traveled in summer 2025 and the staff was unhelpful, if not rude. We asked to hold our luggage before check in and after check out only to find it hanging out in the lobby at some point without any supervision. There are only a couple elevators in the building and they take very long time to arrive, so if you can, book lower floors and just use the stairs to save yourself waiting full 5 minutes for a small elevator to arrive. with people checking in and out all the time, its hard to fit in one of those anyway. The rooms are tiny tiny. Yes, its new york, so its not surprising, but the bed took about 90% of the room which wasnt obvious on the photos (we had a king bed room). The room description (at least at the time) mentioned a mini fridge, which wasnt there but the staff did supply us with one, which didnt really fit into the room and we had to jump over it to get on the bed. AC was very strange too. in a few nights we spent there we couldnt figure out how to make the room not hot as hell or freezing cold, so we kept switching between the two. the bathroom didnt have a single place to put your makeup near the sink and we ended up flipping the trash bin upside down and using it as a low shelf. All and all, it is not a terrible place, but wasn't very good, even for new york. Better than Gallivant, but if you are okay with a tiny tiny room, i d recommend checking out the Pods instead. "

"Great location if you want to be close to Broadway theaters and classic NYC spots like Central Park, Times Square, and easy transit to other neighborhoods. Be prepared for slow elevators. Expect to wait a while coming and going, often packed tightly with other guests. Rooms are small but functional. Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate. The AC struggled to keep the room cool. Even set to 65°F, it stayed around 75°F, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Opening the windows helped with airflow, but also let in a lot of street noise. The bar downstairs is good, though fairly pricey, which is typical for the area."

"Stayed for five days, Room was spacious and clean, easily accommodated three of us. Room Service was the one issue I had, Took an hour to arrive and was cold. They offered to reduce the price, I was surprised they didn't offer to refund the price without asking. Had to go remind them to take it off the bill at the end our stay. Dropped ball there. Otherwise, great! Location was great, revolving bar was fantastic and gift shop had what you needed. Restaurant downstairs alwasy"

"I don’t know about the other reviews, but you can turn the heat off in your room, and the window ac works just fine. "

"Our air conditioner was broken for a couple days and it was 80 degrees. We called to get it fixed, and three hours later nobody came. We had to call again then finally someone came and opened the window. The AC was broken the whole time though (besides the first day)."
