The rooms could use a remodel however it was clean, bed was comfy and the hotel is in the center of it all. You can hear the city noise from the 22nd floor however you are so beat from walking and exploring we fell and stayed asleep fine. However, I could imagine a light sleeper being bothered by it. Concierge staff were very helpful!

Everything was great except our room had an odd musty smell. Nothing world ending, but enough to be annoying every time we came back and had to air out the room. Staff and other facilities were top notch, and location was fantastic.

The amenities and the general area and staff are great, the staff were incredibly helpful and the amenties were OK. The building is just in disrepair, alot of the styles suck. The floor we were on did not look great, the room was filled with cheap decor and even an Ikea room is better. If this hotel was anyplace else and not immediately in Times Square, it would be a 3 star hotel.
