Terrible experience, when I checked in I noticed the Air Conditioning is not working, I tried to call the front desk, but it wasn’t listed on the phone like all other option, and that tells front desk trying to hide as first option or as a default response, I pushed the button on the phone calling the Guest service, and a recorded message was telling me “This room is checked out” even though I was in it and check in. Then tried to reach the front desk using my personal phone but no one answered the called.
After that, I called Expedia and reported the issue, then the Expedia lady tried to contact the hotel but no one answered the phone.
Before I left the hotel to explore the city, I went to the front desk and told them that the air conditioning is not running, it was set to 69, and the room temperature was 76, so the front lady told me that she will send an “Engineer” to fix it. I came back to the room close to midnight and the air conditioning still not working. The next morning the same story, I reported again to the front desk, and came back and it was still not working. It was cooler to sleep outside than inside. Then I got Expedia to make the hotel manager get involved, and he figured that the technician came and checked the AC, and said he can’t fix it now, because it needs parts, so he moved me to another room.
Their front desk is rude lazy and unprofessional, they just come to get paid. The hotel is outdated nothing in the room and expensive.
