Our stay was pretty good. It did the job but the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived like gunk in the sink and shower. The elevator situation is also quite odd. You have to ride two elevators to get up to your room. Overall, it was in a convenient area for us and we also had a great view of the World Trade Center. The staff was great when we brought up the condition of our bathroom and cleaned it up immediately, all in all, great experience.

The room was very spacious and had a nice view. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. We noticed visible stains on the pillowcase that looked like they hadn’t been fully removed, as well as some discoloration on the bedsheets. The hair dryer in our room was not working, and the shower tended to spray water outside the intended area.
