Wr had the Fuzzycon event up on Creatures on the roof. The hotel was perfect size for all of us to stay. And the venue worked out perfect. Amazing view of the city and Empire State building!

Hotel was ideally located. There was a Halloween party hotel takeover that I wasn't made aware of at check in on the previous Tuesday. It went late into the night which made sleeping before going to work the next morning very challenging. But overall I really loved the staff and area.

The location is very convenient and the room was clean. However the shower does not have privacy, the glass is see through. Other than that, everything was good. The staff was really helpful.

The front desk staff were really friendly. Our booking was October 30th until November 1st. We were informed until upon arrival of there being a SMALL Halloween party, when in fact it wasn't a SMALL party. The hotel had loud music playing until early hours of the morning, party goers were disruptive all night coming in and out of the elevators onto our floor all night. The parties went on for the both nights we were there. Another problem was our shower took forever to drain, and there only being 1 roll of toilet paper.

The room was only being restocked with coffee and towels .The floor was never sweeped .The lemon water at the lobby was never fresh .The staff was not friendly nor helpful. The property felt more like a hostel ,not a hotel .

Slow and quiet lobby bar if you like that vibe. Rooftop bar was pretty nice, but we were asked to leave early for an event they were holding. On a quiet side street which is nice so it's not very noisy. Front door was broken and dragged on the ground when entering so it was hard to enter with luggage (since there are no doormen to help at the property). Nothing fancy about the elevator, hallways to room or the room itself. The room was clean but the biggest issue is the bathroom has ZERO shelf space to put anything and the sink is TINY (maybe 14 inches round). Bed is also low to ground so if you have any difficulty getting in and out of a bed, this is definitely not the place for you.
