交通非常方便而且熱鬧，生活機能很棒～對面有一家大超市、另外一個路口有CVS!走到地鐵站大概15分鐘左右，算是很便利的。

That completely different reality then on photos here . If I can submit real photos you will be shocked. Dirty walls , dirty floor, dirty shower, everything is old condition. No blanket in cold weather. It’s like transit area for million people around the world. It’s definitely not cost that money they asked . And they have to update real pictures of his rooms on here app . Not recommended to anyone

The biggest issue we ran into was it was either too hot or too cold in the room, followed by there not being a mini fridge or any way to have something cold to drink (we would have spent the extra money for one had it been an option). We stayed for NYCC so it wasn’t far from the Javitts center if you are okay with a short walk. The room was very clean, but the white desk and other white surfaces showed signs of nail polish or cosmetic stains (a problem for white surfaces, so it’s not something I hold against them, but some people may be turned off by it). The best touch was the towel warmer in the toilet area of the room, along with the lights surrounding the television. The room was spacious, I did not feel cramped like I have in previous hotel rooms in NYC. The toilet and the shower are separated by the vanity in the bathroom area of the room (there is not a separate room for the bathroom itself). The staff are very friendly, and if you don’t want to, you don’t have to interact as the system for check in and out is all done on tablets and without a check in desk. The layout of the hotel is different, as go to the fourth floor and then take different elevators up past the fourth floor (we stayed on the fourth floor, so we did not need to use the other elevators. Overall, the experience at the Yotel was great, although there are some things that would make the stay more enjoyable.

The Bed frame was tattered looking and old and the bed sheets had visible stains throughout. There was visible debris throughout the bed. There was a strong Mildew smell coming from the carpet. The glass door in the bathroom was extremely hard to shut, and rusty on the hinges. The Sink had a poor design as the water stayed stagnate and did not fully drain out. The towel warmer did not warm the towels at all, and it was left on for many hours. It was hard to reach room service to get new towels. No one ever picks up the phone.

Staff was OK. The person at the front desk early mornings felt a little rude. Hotel definitely will charge you any chance they get. Most places will let you check in early for free if the room is ready. Not this place

Clean room a little small. Walls are paper thin you can hear what’s happening across the hallway. Pretty hotel nice area pretty hotel nice area. Water fountain/ ice machines did not work on multiple floors. Other than that pleasant experience.

The hotel is top tier and close to many restaurants that you can walk right up to. The basic rooms are small but good enough for 1-2 people depending on your needs. Premium rooms are probably bigger but I chose the cheapest I could get. The staff are punctual and hard working. Your bed is made each day which can get annoying when you have the sheets set up to your individual needs but it's whatever. You can just let them know that you don't need room service or need different size towels. They fulfill such requests and make sure your visit is good enough despite knowing that your personal bed won't ever compare to theirs. Home is where the Yoke is!

This was the worst hotel i ever been to. The pictures make it look nice but after i already paid i saw reviews that had pictures showing how how dirty the rooms were with mold, cracks and rust. I didnt want to believe it but literally thats how my room was with cracks, mold, rust just like the previous reviews from other people. My room also was so humid that everyday i was there i had a runny nose and couldnt breathe in the room, my shower door was broken it wouldnt close fully so water was spilling everywhere in the bathroom. They also dont provide blankets to sleep with! They literally give you one flat sheet thats it, so even though my room was humid i could barely use the a/c because i only had a flat sheet so i wouldnt be able to keep warm if i made the room colder with a/c so i had to have the a/c warm and just sweat throughout the night. I wanted to complain but the phomes don't tell you what the number front desk is so you cant even speak to staff because there is basically no staff. The facility is literally designed for you to not contact staff and mow i see why so that you are not able to complain about the conditions of your room. I was there for 4 days and the only day i saw staff was my first day there checking in. On the second day i was dressed super nice from being on a tv show that morning and when i walked in i was automatically asked by the door man to show proff that i belonged at the hotel while other people were just able to walk in with mo problem.

Room gets the job done for a last minute booking. Nice view and decently clean aside from a couple bright purple hairs I found upon check in (I have jet black hair). The few cons I encountered were that the walls are paper thin (I could hear someone sneeze a few rooms down), I wish there was a curtain to separate the bed and bathroom, for just a little privacy, and the pumps for the body wash/shampoo weren’t stocked when I arrived, and the placement of the pump is so awkward and difficult to get any out. I chipped a nail just trying to pump it. You get what you pay for, especially in the area around Times Square/Port Authority.
