The stay was pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeper was polite and attentive. We once considered drinking the bottled water provided, but were surprised by how expensive it was—definitely overpriced. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was enjoyable.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to cleanliness issues and unprofessional staff behavior. When we arrived, we requested early check-in and were advised to come back in a few hours. We were told we would receive a text message when the room was ready. After roaming around Times Square for about four hours, we returned to the hotel and were informed that our room was ready. We had traveled a long distance, went straight to the room, rested briefly, and then went back out for the evening. The next morning, while moving the trash can, we discovered a dirty pair of men’s underwear hidden behind it in a cubby, along with an AirPod and other trash scattered around the room. This clearly indicated the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our stay. We immediately reported the issue. The housekeeping manager initially handled the situation well and offered to have housekeeping re-clean the room while we were out. However, we were then told housekeeping had already left for the night and would return the next morning. When we spoke to the lobby manager the following day, her response was unacceptable. She questioned why it took us so long to find the underwear, implying suspicion toward us, despite it being hidden behind a trash can. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and made us feel blamed for something that was clearly a housekeeping failure. Housekeeping eventually re-cleaned the room, but it took significantly longer than the time they had promis

Great for those who love crowds and a short walk to many entertainment venues. Might not be a very good spot for families with young kids, but very convenient. A short walk to many great places, plenty of food options and entertainment around.

Breakfast was very overpriced. We only ate there once it was double the price of juniors and other breakfast dinners and you got more food and more choice. It’s the main thing that lets the place down. Bar drinks are also over priced 2 cocktails and an apple juice was $120 that was including service charge and they still wanted a tip. Lovely hotel, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at for the views, location, staff are friendly and helpful it’s super clean, and its a lovely stylish hotel, it’s a shame the bar and breakfast is so overpriced.

The rooms weren’t updated as I’d hope. Still had an old feel to them as opposed to other high end stays in the area. They were clean though. You’re in the heart of Times Square so that’s the big plus: location location location. I went with my wife and 3 kids (nothing kid friendly on the property) but the place served its purpose. The lounge area is nice with a great view of all the action.

Staff was really nice. Our view of Times Square was amazing but even from the 23rd floor we could hear the noise. It’s to be expected though so no complaints. We stayed here 25 years ago and came back with our daughter so she could see NYC. I think it’s time to remodel though, but other than that our stay for 5 days was good. Location location location!!

The hotel was accommodating however the breakfast buffet was $49.99/ person and limited. The threshold to the door was missing which caused the door to make noise every time there was any type of draft. The hotel was conveniently close to everything and the staff was wonderful.

Our room location was what we requested. Either the entire hotel is due for a renovation, or because we booked third party we were assigned a room that was worn. Our hotel staff was amazing. Location was better than the W we stayed at last year. Don’t forget to tip your service workers.

The front and bar staff were ok. Not rude, but also wouldn’t say they were friendly. We paid for a city view room and they put us on the very top floor where you couldn’t even see anything. So paid extra for nothing basically. They acted very weird that we didn’t make reservations to sit in the bar/ dining area when they had many empty tables all night. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was because of the cool view of time square from the photos from the dining/ bar area but they act weird when you are over there and won’t seat you near the window either. Maybe if we had made reservations for it but it was a Monday night and there was hardly anyone there all night. Many open tables by the window the whole time we were there. Also extremely expensive. $70 for just two drinks was crazy. Our shower still had hair in it from the people who stayed previous to us. Otherwise it was pretty clean and the house keeping was very kind. Wasn’t a horrible stay but wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay here again.
